Astaria offered her 3 hour voice activation workshop as a guest facilitator during my Costa Rica women’s retreat.
She exudes radiance, confidence, and deep embodiment of her work and shares it in a way that is professional, relatable and yet very intuitive.
She set a safe foundation through warming exercises that allowed my group to access really deep healing during the more ritual based aspect of the workshop.
This guided voice journey was a highlight for all retreat guests because it invited them, and gave them permission to connect with a part of their voice that has been forgotten or silenced for so long.
