The sound of crystal bowls will soothe your soul and enliven parts of you and that you didn’t even know exist. The first time I experienced a crystal bowl sound bath, I felt my cells recalibrating... as if my energy field was being sifted through sand... every molecule in my being softening and relaxing. When we relax like this, we naturally heal. When we are in a state of restfullness, our body has an opportunity to do what it knows how to do best, which is to come back into its optimal vitality.
